Terms of Service for Edunitro

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

Welcome to Edunitro! We specialize in providing professionally written expert opinion letters for U.S. immigration purposes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Edunitro ("we," "us," "our") provides the service of drafting expert opinion letters. This service includes:

  • Reviewing the Client's provided documents (e.g., CV/resume, publications, awards, evidence of work, etc.).

  • Conducting research necessary to establish the Client's expertise or the nature of their field.

  • Drafting a customized expert opinion letter tailored to the specific immigration petition (e.g., O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW) or college admissions application.

  • Providing the Client with a draft for review and allowing for a reasonable number of revisions (e.g., up to two rounds of revisions) to correct factual inaccuracies or adjust emphasis.

2. IMPORTANT: Not Legal Advice

  • No Attorney-Client Relationship: We are not a law firm and our staff are not acting as your attorneys. Engaging our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.

  • Not a Substitute for Legal Counsel: Our services are limited to the drafting of an expert opinion letter based on the information you provide. This is a technical and administrative service. We do not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal strategy. We strongly advise you to consult with a qualified immigration attorney for all legal aspects of your immigration case.

  • No Guarantee of Outcome: We make no promise or guarantee regarding the outcome of your immigration petition. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other government agency has the sole discretion to approve or deny a petition. The quality of our letter is only one component of your overall case.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the quality and timeliness of the service, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide all requested information and documentation in a timely, accurate, and complete manner. The strength of the expert opinion letter is directly dependent on the quality and comprehensiveness of the evidence you provide.

  • Clearly communicate the specific requirements of the letter as advised by your immigration attorney or as stated in a Request for Evidence (RFE).

  • Review drafts of the letter promptly and provide feedback for revisions within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 5-7 business days).

4. Fees and Payment

  • The fee for our service starts at $475 USD, payable in full before the commencement of any work.

  • Payment must be made via only accepted payment methods, e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

  • The fee covers the services described in Section 1. It does not cover any third-party costs, legal fees, or government filing fees.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Our standard turnaround time for the first draft is approximately 3-21 business days after we have received all necessary documentation and full payment from the Client.

  • This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the case and our current workload. We will provide a more precise estimate upon engagement.

6. Refund Policy

We invest significant time and expertise into each case from the moment we are engaged. Our refund policy is structured to reflect the work performed at each stage. All requests for cancellation and refunds must be made in writing to [email protected].

  • Full Refund: A full refund, less a $100 administrative processing fee, will be issued if the Client cancels the service in writing within 24 hours of payment AND before we have commenced any substantive work (i.e., before we have begun reviewing documents or conducting research).

  • Partial Refund (50%): A partial refund of 50% of the total fee will be issued if the Client cancels the service in writing after we have commenced substantive work but before the first draft of the letter has been delivered to the Client. This portion covers our initial analysis, research, and preliminary drafting.

  • No Refund: No refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances:

    • The Client cancels the service after the first draft of the expert opinion letter has been delivered.

    • The service is completed, and the final letter has been delivered.

    • The Client's immigration petition is denied or receives a Request for Evidence (RFE). As stated in Section 2, we do not guarantee outcomes.

    • The Client fails to provide necessary documents or feedback for a period exceeding 60 days, at which point the project will be considered abandoned.

  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the service at our discretion if we determine we cannot provide a letter based on the evidence supplied, or if the Client is non-communicative or provides fraudulent information. In the event we cancel the service before a first draft is sent, we will issue a full refund.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All documents and personal information you provide will be held in strict confidence and will be used solely for the purpose of drafting your expert opinion letter. We will not share your information with any third party unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the Client is granted a worldwide, perpetual license to use the final expert opinion letter for their personal immigration case(s). However, Edunitro retains all rights to its proprietary research methods, templates, and drafting processes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the letter for any commercial purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Edunitro, its owners, and its employees for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the Client for the service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including the denial of any immigration benefit.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Clients of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
