Expert Eligibility Requirements
To qualify as an expert, candidates must satisfy at least one of the following four pathways:
1. Academic & Research Excellence The candidate holds a terminal degree (such as a PhD, MD, DO, DSc, EdD, DSW, or CPA) and currently occupies a tenure-track faculty position at a university within the United States. Generally, this pathway also requires a publication record of at least three peer-reviewed articles.
2. Elite Global Accolades The candidate has won a universally recognized, top-tier international honor. Examples include a Nobel Prize, an Olympic medal, a Pulitzer Prize, or an award of equivalent distinction.
3. Public Company Leadership The candidate currently holds a senior executive or corporate leadership title (e.g., C-Suite, Vice President, or Director) at a publicly traded corporation. Executives from privately held companies may also be eligible if they meet the standards outlined in Pathway 4.
4. Degree Plus Supplemental Evidence The candidate holds a bachelor's degree and can demonstrate at least two of the following professional milestones:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Receipt of a recognized national or global award.
An active professional license necessary for their field.
Membership or a leadership role within an established professional organization.
A portfolio of scholarly work or academic contributions.
Documented proof of exceptional success in athletic, artistic, commercial, or professional endeavors.
A key leadership position within a commercial business or non-profit organization.
Published media or press features highlighting their specific career achievements.
Formal acknowledgments or honors from industry peers.
Alternative verifiable proof demonstrating exceptional domain expertise.
